What payment options do you offer?
You can securely pay online using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and trusted Wallets.
We accept secure online payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and trusted Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on the orders with a nominal fee of ₹100.
My payment went through, but my order didn’t. What should I do?
If the amount has been deducted but your order was not confirmed, please reach out to us immediately at hemisfear.co@gmail.com for assistance.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with the order summary.
You can also log in to your Hemisfear account using the same email ID from checkout to view order status, history, and saved details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you’d like to make changes in (Product/Address) or cancel your order, kindly email us at hemisfear.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate requests.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive updates via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime using the tracking ID provided to you.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can. To request a return or exchange, email us at support@hemisfear.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Requests must be made within 48 hours of placing order.
Please note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
