Return and Exchange Policy

At Hemisfear, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each product is designed with precision and care, and we want you to feel just as confident wearing it as we did making it.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, caps and hats once used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or limited-edition products cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued as per your preference.

Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Process

  1. Reach out to our team at support@hemisfear.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping details.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
