Order Processing and Dispatch

We process orders quickly. Our team carefully packs and dispatches all orders within 2–4 working days. This timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch Timelines: In certain circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. These rare situations include peak demand periods, logistical or technical challenges, or unforeseen natural conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding when these issues happen.


Delivery Timeframes

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: Orders typically reach you within 2–3 days from dispatch. Under standard conditions, we complete metro deliveries within a week  from the date you placed the order.

  • Rural/Remote Areas: Delivery usually takes between 7–10 days from dispatch.


Courier Partners and Liability

We work with trusted third-party logistics providers. These include Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC, which help us deliver your orders.

While we strive for smooth and timely deliveries, Hemisfear cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit. The carrier is responsible for the package once it is dispatched. In such cases, please raise a complaint directly with the courier company. Our team will gladly assist you throughout the process if you need help filing a claim. 

Failed Deliveries and Returns to Origin (RTO)

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) for reasons like:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

  • Refusal to accept the delivery.

  • Reasons outside of our control.

Hemisfear will not be responsible. In these cases, we cannot process refunds. Re-shipping charges will also apply if you want the order sent out again. Checkout our Return and Exchange policy for further details.


Tracking and Communication

You will receive timely updates about your order status. We send these updates to the email address you gave us at checkout. To track your shipment in real time, please use Order Tracking page available on our website
