Refund policy
At HEMISFEAR, every product is crafted with care. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Caps and hats (once used, for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customized or limited-edition products (unless defective)
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a full refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved

Partial COD Orders: If you placed an order using the Partial COD option, the advance amount paid at the time of ordering is non-refundable in the event of a Return to Origin (RTO). This applies when the shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@hemisfear.in or DM us on Instagram with your order ID and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
