Shipping Costs

• Prepaid (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) — FREE
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹99 handling fee

Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders across India.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities — 2–3 days from dispatch
• Rural / Remote areas — 7–10 days from dispatch

We ship with Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC — India's most reliable courier networks.

Order Tracking

Tracking updates are sent to your email after dispatch. You can also track your order in real time via the Order Tracking page on our website.

Liability

HEMISFEAR is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit once the order has been dispatched. The carrier assumes responsibility from the point of dispatch.

Failed Deliveries & RTO

HEMISFEAR is not responsible for return-to-origin (RTO) shipments caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery. Re-shipping charges apply if the order is resent.

For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable in case of RTO, regardless of the reason for non-delivery.
